Celebrating Student Creativity at the Looking Glass Launch Party
At Edge Optics, we believe that supporting our community means investing in the people who make it special, and that includes the next generation of artists, writers, and creative thinkers. That's why we were honored to sponsor this year's Looking Glass literary magazine Launch Party.
The Looking Glass is Rocky Mountain High School's student-run literary and arts magazine, showcasing an incredible collection of poetry, short stories, visual art, photography, and other creative works submitted by students throughout the year. Each edition represents months of hard work from both contributors and the dedicated students who help curate, edit, and design the publication.
The annual launch party marks the official release of the magazine and serves as a celebration of the talented students whose work fills its pages. Friends, family members, teachers, and community supporters gather to recognize the creativity and dedication that make the publication possible.
Supported by Edge Optics
This year, Edge Optics was proud to help support the event and be part of such a meaningful celebration of student achievement. In addition to sponsoring the launch party, our team hosted a mocktail stand where attendees could enjoy a variety of refreshing, handcrafted drinks throughout the evening. It was a fun way to connect with students, families, and faculty while contributing to the welcoming and festive atmosphere of the event.
One of the most inspiring aspects of the Looking Glass is the opportunity it gives students to share their voices. Whether through a poem, a painting, a photograph, or a short story, the magazine provides a platform for creativity and self-expression. Seeing the passion and talent on display reminds us just how important arts and literary programs are in our schools and communities.
Community Involvement
As a locally owned business, Edge Optics is passionate about supporting organizations, schools, and events that enrich Northern Colorado. We are continually inspired by the creativity, innovation, and dedication of local students, and we are grateful for opportunities to contribute to programs that help them thrive.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Looking Glass staff, Rocky Mountain High School, and everyone involved in organizing this year's launch party. It was a wonderful evening filled with creativity, community, and celebration, and we are grateful to have been a small part of it.
Congratulations to all of the students whose work was featured in this year's magazine. We can't wait to see what the Looking Glass team creates next year!
